When you submit content you grant Isabis a non-exclusive, irrevocable , royalty-free, right to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute in any media. The name that is used when submitting such content may also be used. You represent and warrant that the content you provide is accurate, and that you hold rights to such content.

3. ISABIS PRO

Purchase Policy

Product purchased by Isabis PRO customers using the membership discount are for personal and professional use only and may not be resold under any circumstances. Isabis Beauty reserves the right to limit member purchases. Items purchased with the Isabis PRO discount are final sale.

Guidelines

Isabis PRO membership is currently only available to professionals in the Europe Union. Professionals may apply for PRO membership by submitting proof of beauty industry affiliation and related documents on the Site. Please allow at least two (2) weeks for processing of your application before contacting us. As a PRO member, you will receive a discount on all products sold on the Site, a PRO membership account. You will receive your product discount when you place an order with on the Site by signing in with your PRO account.

Isabis PRO membership can only be used by the individual to whom the membership was granted. Isabis PRO reserves the right to inactivate Isabis PRO memberships and revoke membership benefits if the Isabis PRO account is used in a manner that violates the Isabis PRO guidelines. Isabis PRO also reserves the right to change,modify, or update membership priveledges at any time without prior notice.

Accuracy of Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, information or other content available on the Site are error-free.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The products displayed on the Sites can be ordered and delivered to all countries. The products, samples and services available on the Site are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, samples or services you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. All prices displayed on the Sites are quoted in U.S. Dollars and Euro and are valid and effective in the U.S. and European Union, respectively. 5. SHIPPING/RETURNS

Speedy delivery is a top priority for us. Once your order is received, you will be notified via email. Isabisbeauty.com will automatically choose the most cost-effective shipping option to save you money. You will also receive a tracking number in the shipment confirmation email once your purchase has been processed and shipped. Please carefully review our Return Policy and ask any questions you might have prior to purchase.

We hope you never have to return a purchase from isabisbeauty.com. In the event that you are not satisfied for any reason, within 30 days, please email us and we will do all that we can to make you happy. Follow these instructions properly in order for us to grant you refund:

Shipping Policy

1. Having a tracking number is the only way for us to refund your order. Without a tracking number, we are unable to refund your order. Please allow 2-3weeks after we confirm receipt of your package for a return to be processed.
2. Items that are damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refunds will only be issued to you if your name, address, and credit card information matches your purchase

Shipping Instructions

1. Send us an email to tell us you would like to return a package at returns@isabisbeauty.com. We will reply to you with details for your return ("the reply email")

If you have the original packaging/labels

1. Simply return your order with the original packaging/labels via FedEx, UPS, or carrier of choice that provides a tracking number.

If you do not have the original packaging/labels

• Create a shipping label using the address we send you in "the reply email"
• Follow instructions in "the reply email" carefully to ensure a proper refund.
• Return your package via FedEx, UPS, or carrier of choice that provides a tracking number.

6. SHARE BEAUTY GUIDELINES

The goal of Share Beauty is to create a positive, welcoming environment for persons to exchange beauty advice through video and written submissions. All participants should feel comfortable making a video or written submission without the pressure of attracting negative, unwarranted response from other participants. No beauty topic is off limits. It is our policy to decline unsolicited suggestions and ideas. Isabis will do its best to prevent or delete offensive submissions so as to make you comfortable using the Site. With this said, you understand that by using the Site, you may be exposed to User Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable to you. Subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, you grant Isabis full ownership of the submission for our own purposes. We reserve the right to copy, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, license, or distribute the Submission in any way You also acknowledge that your submission will not be returned and we may use your Submission for any purpose. If you make a submission, you represent that you own or otherwise control the rights to your Submission. You further represent that such Submission does not constitute or contain software viruses, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead us as to the origin of any Submission.

7. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your computer.
