You will also receive a tracking number in the shipment confirmation email once your purchase has been processed and shipped. Shipping Policy

1. Having a tracking number is the only way for us to refund your order. Without a tracking number, we are unable to refund your order. Please allow 2-3weeks after we confirm receipt of your package for a return to be processed.
2. Items that are damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refunds will only be issued to you if your name, address, and credit card information matches your purchase

If you have the original packaging/labels

1. Simply return your order with the original packaging/labels via FedEx, UPS, or carrier of choice that provides a tracking number.

If you do not have the original packaging/labels

• Create a shipping label using the address we send you in "the reply email"
• Follow instructions in "the reply email" carefully to ensure a proper refund.
• Return your package via FedEx, UPS, or carrier of choice that provides a tracking number.
