International customers are welcome to shop on Isabisbeauty.com hassle-free. Your order will be shipped from our warehouses in Europe depending on your exact location (country). Once at checkout, select your country to get a shipping quote. Be sure to choose a shipping carrier under the "UK/Europe/Africa" category.

Will I pay sales tax or customs for an international order?

Orders from the European Union will not incur extra fees for customs and sales tax. Exceptions to the rule is on a case by case basis, but this hasn't happened on any of our international orders. Lucky you!

I just ordered. When will my package arrive?

Once your order has been processed, an email containing tracking information will be sent to the address provided. Orders from Europe/UK take an average of 3-5 business days to be delivered. US orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3business days for delivery.
